We are all, or feel we are, at times very fragile.
Life seems to be swimming along quite nicely without too much effort and the something or someone can burst our bubble so to speak.
Like a butterfly’s wings, we break down so easily with our preconceptions of how things should be or pan out.
If we stop for a moment to realise that nothing is set in stone and if we adjust our thinking and reasoning styles we can avoid conflict and disappointment.
Making allowances for others feelings, opinions and reasons for their actions, not believing that one or the other is right or wrong, we can avoid those “butterfly” moments and stay strong in the knowledge that we can avoid those breakdowns in our personal interactions with others and keep our delicate wings intact.
