I think sometimes we forget the benefit
Make time for you to just sit and be quiet. The best place is outside if you can but at the very least away from any distraction. I heard recently on a podcast a lady describing how when she feels she has no time to herself and so much to do, that if she stops and really tunes into the now, time actually stretches out or our concept of it, and the body has time to catch up with the mind. Try it I think you might like it.
