Here is a great resource for attending to your sleep patterns and getting a good nights sleep. It is an online course by Barry Winbolt. The cost is ¬£25 and once purchased it is yours to keep and to refer to indefinitely. We don’t take our sleep seriously and blame external reasons for not having enough sleep. But with a little knowledge under our belt we can turn things around.
